Details:
- 2 orders and $1000 of sales to start an account.
- Sales level must be met at least one month within a 120 day period to remain at that level.
- Any increase in level must be requested. You can do that here.
- Each time you place an order you will log in with your account information and automatically receive your discount.
Affiliate program (Sales per month):
- 5% = $1-$999
- 6% = $1000-$2,499
- 7% = $2,500-$7,499
- 8% = $7,500-$14,999
- 9% = $15,000-$24,999
- 10% = $25,000
