Shipping Policy

US Continental Shipping Policy

*Note: Many covers are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow up to an additional 5 business days for delivery.

The shipping charges below are for the continental United States only. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box or APO or FPO's. In most cases, we use UPS Ground as our primary shipping carrier. Outside the 48 contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, items shipped will be charged actual shipping cost. Boater's Outlet reserves the right to limit quantities and/or charge actual shipping charges on bulk orders.

Note:  Any returned product that was purchased where shipping was included, including items that say "Free Shipping", will have the actual shipping cost incurred by Boater's Outlet deducted from the refund. All shipping charges will be refunded for product shipped in error or damaged. Boaters Outlet reserves the right to inspect all returned product and may reduce the credit if the product is returned damaged or if all the contents of the product are not returned. Some returned shipments may also require us to charge a restocking fee.

International Shipping Policy

We have partnered with iGlobal Stores to handle our international checkout process. To take advantage of this service, simply add the products to your BoatCoversOutlet.com shopping cart and then click on the "International Checkout" button at the bottom of the page. You will be taken to the iGlobal Stores checkout. All products will be transferred to the iGlobal Store for you to check out and view your order in your own currency. Note that taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. All international orders are FINAL SALE.
